COPPER(II) SULFIDE CAS#1317-40-4
Stable Copper Content – Produced via a dry-phase mineral synthesis process, ensuring consistent and reliable effective copper content.
Controlled Sulfur Residue – Optimized free sulfur levels help prevent excessive sulfur dioxide release during high-temperature smelting operations.
Excellent Flotation Performance – Coarse granular powder structure reduces floating loss in flotation tanks, improving recovery efficiency.
Compatible with Standard Ore Processing – Well suited for conventional flotation processes in non-ferrous metal concentrators, ensuring smooth industrial integration.
Industrial Grade Copper(II) Sulfide CAS#1317-40-4
Our industrial coarse copper sulfide is produced through a dry-phase mineral synthesis process, ensuring stable and effective copper content. Controlled free sulfur residue helps prevent excessive sulfur dioxide release during high-temperature smelting operations.
The coarse granular powder form reduces material loss in flotation tanks and is well suited to conventional mineral dressing flotation processes used in non-ferrous metal concentrators.

Product Application of Industrial Grade Copper(II) Sulfide CAS#1317-40-4
It is mainly applied in two key industrial sectors: as a sulfide ore flotation activator in copper, zinc, and lead mineral processing, and as a raw material for non-ferrous copper smelting and copper salt chemical synthesis.
In mineral processing, it enhances the hydrophobicity of target minerals, improving concentrate recovery rates. In metallurgy, it serves as an intermediate for electrolytic copper production and inorganic copper salt manufacturing.
The product is packaged in standard 25 kg woven bags with PE inner liners for bulk shipment. Long-term annual supply contracts can be negotiated for large-scale mining and smelting enterprises, and complete export documentation is available to support international bulk cargo clearance.
